今天多跑一公里(手錶慢了400公尺才按成功),總共7公里+,平均7‘32’,只比最快速度加10秒,重點是算是克服坡道,今天加跑一公里也還算輕鬆,大成功!ps.跑完69.3,但是還沒有吃晚餐,希望明天再破紀錄
