Loading day 2 over with, Day 1 of the VLCD. This is so freaking easy as the guess work is taken out of what to eat - Making lunch for work is super quick. Can't wait to see the results!!!!!

On the menu today is:

Strawberries
Steak
Cucumber
Melba
Apple
Chicken
Asparagus
Melba
74.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 5.7 kg a Week
