Went up a pound during the week and then back down. Annoyed that I didn't lose more because I thought I was staying much closer to 2000 calories a day. So, my goals this week are to watch my portions much closer, really pay attention to how many calories I am ACTUALLY eating, stay at or under 2000 calories a day, and work out at least 4 times per week.
