My break from my journey: Damage
After the consumption of 4250 calories yesterday compared to my usual 1600 calories, i ended up with an equal result.
Ice cream, Pizza, milkshake, fudge, and plenty fruit:- all my forbidden pleasures avoided over the last 3 odd months consumed yesterday.
