I'm back down a pound. Yesterday's gain was a fluke I guess as it was the only time all week I went up. I wrote down WW points yesterday and I do find I have a hard time staying in them as I always did before too, which would indicate maybe I was still taking in too many calories even with small portions. For some reason following the points gets me cranky and I have a mental oppostion to it, but I just need to embrace it and follow it this week to see if it will jump start my loss again. I do believe if I follow it faithfully I will see results. I'm trying to stick with natural, healthy foods (like abs diet foods) instead of addding in useless foods. I'm not sure where my points should be. I believe it's 22. Yesterday I was at 24.
