TOM came to visit so i hope that i can get rid of at least a lb when he leaves!!!! Its getting harder to stay away from the icecream now that all the icecream shoppes are open! I will keep on trying!

54.7 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg. Still to go: 2.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I just cant seem to stick to this diet and I am getting very frustrated. I swim almost every day and I dont eat junk anymore -except for the occational ice cream cone but I still cant seem to lose-I am very frustrated...
