setelah dua minggu bb stuck di 87.3 eh tiba tiba hari ini turun jadi 86.6, padahal saya tidak mengubah pola diet. hanya makan sehat saja, eh apa jangan jangan karna barbel dua kiloan saya ubah jadi 4 kiloan?
