今天終於有時間跑步,但是怕太餓,跑前吃了一個御飯糰加一個茶葉蛋,所以跑很慢(還是基隆真的很難跑?)跑完是69.9,後來又吃了青菜跟兩塊魚、頑張れ!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
