Okay so the no juice strategy worked a little. Today I will be focused on a medium lunch and a light dinner. Hopefully I will not eat too many sweets today.
49.0 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
