Earthlady's Journal, 10 Sep 12

Well, this was yesterday's weigh-in but I didn't have Internet access yesterday. Yes, it's disappointing and yes, I have been letting go of the rope, especially in the evenings, but this is mostly down to PMT - feeling hugely bloated and currently 7 days late.

Still, I've made the decision to have an alcohol-free week and keep evening meals light and salady in an attempt to get things back under control. I also need to make sure I record all my food intake and get in some daily exercise.

We'll soon be back on track :)
55 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Seems we're both "slipping" a bit. I've committed to behaving myself this week! I figured this would happen once I got back to school, in part because walking twice a day is much harder...but hey! We're tough...we can do it! :-)
