不意外又上升了,週六日是體重的殺手,昨天跑7k也沒有降太多,不過已經持續二週,每週3次5k以上,最近,大腿會熱熱的,持續下去,二個月後看看,之前靠生酮減了4公斤,希望接著跑步會成功。
70.1 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

最近越跑越起勁,之前跑步真的有瘦,荒廢多年,肌肉要再重新養成。醣類已經都減了(目前以減醣為主),慢慢用跑步練吧!
