WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!! 20 pounds down from the high I hit when I quit smoking! Only 4 more pounds to go to my pre-quit smoking weight!!! I'm going to hit my pre-quit weight before my one year anniversary of quitting (October 10, 2011).
82.8 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
