tryn to stay up with entering my food and exercise. not finding it to be as second nature as it use tobe. working out after 3 weeks off doesnt feel good hopefully that motivates me to stay with it so im not sore from stoping and starting.

Yeah, I totally know how this goes. I've stopped and started more times than I care to admit.
Also finding it difficult to keep up with logging food and exercise entries. Need to keep at it though, else it will not become second nature.
