今天起床體重降到70.1,雙腿還熱🔥的,跑完隔天體重都不會降太多。但是還是要持續跑,每週3次每次5k,每天喝足2000cc水,一定要降到目標體重。
70.1 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
