I have been away from this site but still fighting the battle... had a set back due to injury so was unable to workout last fall, which led to a weight increase. I am back on track with a program similar to Atkins, called Mend a body (check it out at mendabody.net). I like it because I have a coach that helps me figure out what I need to do next. and I am back to walking at least 2 miles 5 times a week, that seems to be the key for me regardless of what I eat....
