Monday day 5. I'm not eating a whole lot, but in order to lose because I'm not exercising enough, that's what I have to do. This morning I had iced tea with my meds (crystal light) then a 0/0% yogourt in the morning. Then I went for a walk to the park. I was walking very slowly as my thighs hurt so much. Afterwards I had 1/2 apple, not my favourite food. Really doesn't do much for hunger, I find but I knew we were having homemade sausage & onion pie for supper. In the afternoon, I had 2 sl raisin toast with becel. then I walked the 3 blocks to the hospital for hydrotherapy 1/2 hour exercise class, then the walk back to the car. Supper was 1/6 of the pie, 4 tbsp cucumber salad made with xylitol, sm tomato, 1 c baked beans in tomato sauce. for the first time in 5 days I wanted something sweet, but I kept putting it off until it was too late to have anything. I'm hoping for good results on the scale tomorrow. So far since day 1, I have lost 9.4 lbs. we go on holidays in 8 days & will be gone for over a month. Almost half of that will be spent on a cruise ship, so I have no willpower when it comes to the food on those, but I am hoping I will exercise more.
