Buat buka puasa nanti punya jatah intake 1200 kalori 😅 kayanya ikan segabruk, sayur segabruk trus hajar susu yg td baru beli, nambah buah, sm kalo masi ada jatah grill putih telor aja dah.. jadi mikir apa krn aq ngepas2 bgt intake kalorinya sementara olahraga senam aerobik 3-4x seminggu jadi bikin muscle turun.. 😰 masalahnya, apa kuat perutnya? 🤣
