day 11. Lost 3,6kg (almost 8lbs). I am for sure in ketosis. I have no interest to million chocolates in the house after halloween. Of course, for a second, if I am looking at chocolate- I want to try, but after second I just ignore it and never think about. I am always full. Now I understand what does it mean "full". No even a minute hunger filling. My stomach is calm. I almost understood how many I have to eat veggies to not overeat carbs. Just a bit veggies a day:) And I understand now how many fats in cheese I can eat a day to not overeat as well. but tomorrow we have a big party because of my birthday and I have no idea what it will be on the table. but for sure I can't now overeat. I am just full after small portion. But cake. for sure one piece😋. I deserve it. And back to the track:)
