Godis 2ggr under veckan och både Subway o pizza. Men i stort hållit en bra kosthållning under veckan och kör 16:8 som funkar bra.
122.5 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
