Too much broccoli casserole 😱. But it’s ok I am pretty sure I will be out of the 190’s in a few weeks. Temporary gains from veggies and cheese don’t last long. They just cause a little blockage. 😂😂 But seriously I’m just going to keep on plugging along doing my Keto thing. This is the best I have felt in awhile. Clear head , no sugar high and lows , and lots of energy to boot. Clothes are fitting better, no longer feel like biscuits stuffed in a can.
