well i was back on pahse 0ne since monday and so far another 4 pounds off in only 5 days WOW!! i can see me goal! last weekend my work pants were so tight i thought they would bust, now this weekend they are loose! 6 more pound till i hit my first little goal. I did cheat. V-day i had pizza cheezy bites and still lost and last night i went to a baby shower and had a piece of cake ( i love spanish cakes) but i did pass on the rice and pastries and sandwhiches and guava/cheese puffs. BNo weight added on, none lost. thak you guys for all your encouragment. it really help when your down!! btw.. i mdying to try the chocolate cheesecake recipe, im a total sucker for cheesecakes and chocolate!
