Ok I am beginning again because I have been falling and getting back up daily but this time I am focusing on my trip to Bahamas I want to be able to buy a couple of nice bathing suits.

69.4 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
