어제 소고기🥩 먹고 생크림 🍰 먹고 많이 먹었는데도 아침에 화장실 갔다가 재니까 0.5만 늘었다. 좋았어ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 역시 7시 이후 절대 안 먹는게 효과 크디^^
