You can do it! I lost 17 lbs and my BS has dropped down into 6.2 A1c. My Dr. told me yesterday I could drop Januvia! I'm 76! I'm planning to lose at least 35 more lbs. Just keep on keeping on and don't get discouraged if you have a stall!

I lost 45 lbs. and my blood sugars are in the normal range. Diet controlled.
