my goal is to loose 40 lbs. and get off the diabetic medication and reverse the symptoms of diabetes and feel great again. I'm at the age now that I have to really take care of myself. and I will do it
103.6 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can do it! I lost 17 lbs and my BS has dropped down into 6.2 A1c. My Dr. told me yesterday I could drop Januvia! I'm 76! I'm planning to lose at least 35 more lbs. Just keep on keeping on and don't get discouraged if you have a stall!

I lost 45 lbs. and my blood sugars are in the normal range. Diet controlled.

It happens! Off diabetes meds in August. Can’t wait until next blood work-up next month! You can do it!!!!!
