Saw a jump of 4 pounds the other day and another 1 pound today...

As I mentioned earlier; I'm expecting some fluctuations, as Iakes changes to my routine.

I do feel muscle tightness and my hands are swollen, so I believe that I'm retaining water atm.

I'm going to aim for 2 excercise sessions of 500cal burns each. One morning the other early evening.
99.8 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
