I've been doing this for only 4 days, but today woke up in tip top shape. Easy getting up, face not swollen (which is rare and great on its own). Feeling energetic for the day, physically and mentally.

Weight same/ a bit down.

Had a little (200gr) meatball dinner after getting home late after long yoga yesterday. So it was a meal just an hour or maybe even less before bed.

Didn't have much to drink also, just some coke zero (less than a glass), and a sip of water. Emphatically chose to have no tea before bed.

Yesterday spent 485rub.
69.2 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
