I am thrilled! Working out 5 days a week and following my plan really paid off! i am so close to my halfway point. I cannot wait to talk with my JCC. I really feel like I wasted the last 10 weeks. I think if I stay committed to my goal of 1200 in and at least 600 out in exercise, the second half of my weigh will come off much quicker than this first half.
