I am thrilled! Working out 5 days a week and following my plan really paid off! i am so close to my halfway point. I cannot wait to talk with my JCC.
I really feel like I wasted the last 10 weeks. I think if I stay committed to my goal of 1200 in and at least 600 out in exercise, the second half of my weigh will come off much quicker than this first half.
84.2 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
