Had a pretty healthy dinner last night, but I still have to figure out the points. I've been getting into Freezer cooking lately, but I do it slowly. Basically I make a large batch of something, divide it in half and have one part for dinner and freeze the other part to use on a day when I don't have time to cook.
64.5 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
