Yay I came back down 😂 birthday is officially done now (well I've eaten and drank everything anyway 😉) so back to normal. Eat a bit less, exercise a bit more.
Anyone got any good tips for SAD? I tend to suffer in winter, as it's getting darker I can already fell myself losing motivation 😕
79.1 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
