Husband doesn't want me to lose any more weight, and I must say I'm comfortable right here at 123. I still have a beer belly but only exercise will help that and so far I have NOT exercised at all. I am just now starting to exercise but will no longer be trying to lose more weight. I reached my main goal of getting rid of the diabetes & getting down to a reasonable weight. I may still weigh in here & there just to keep myself in check. I'll be back if I start to stray and to support some dieters weigh ins. Thanks for all the support along the way!
