So glad to see you seem to being doing wonderful with your journey. In regards to your question: If I knew the answer, I wouldn't be here, and I would be skinny and healthy all of the time, right? LOL! We each are entitled to have our own way of getting to where we would like to be. I wish you well on your healthy path.
(Why do you find it so difficult to last even two days in induction? Low carb shouldn't be seen as a diet but as a way of life. As a means to lose weight it has to be one of the easiest methods out there. Instead of eating low calorie on weight watchers and being hungry all the time instead you can have chicken thighs cooked in coconut oil with lots of herbs and crispy skin with a side of crunchy salad with olive oil and vinegar! Hardly a trial!
