1.800 itu hasil sdh update AKG nya? mungkin data yg kamu masukkan mau menaikkan BB atau kamu isi olga nya aktif banget.coba ulang cek sekali lagi sist.

@re-june : berarti benar,utk mempertahankan BB makan dikalori 1.800k,saran dari @agusliem kalau banyak fun food nya makan di kalori 1.500k saja,kalau eat clean makan di kalori 1.800k,benar ya @agusliem ,tolong di kareksi kalau salah.
