itu udaa bnyak loo.. riset bilang penurunan lebih dr 1kg per minggu bahaya apalgi diet dan WO ny ga pake trainer .. bisa2 klo brlebihan yg ilang malah massa otot bukan fat..kita gendut ga tiba2 masa iya mw body oke tiba2 jga..Mangaat ya..
