This eating healthy diet is working. I'm fuller, have more energy, and feel better all around. I like that I can have full fat cheese, cream,yogurt chocolate and I don't feel deprived. I rarely want cheese or yogurt but when I do it's nice to be allowed to have it without feeling guilty like I used too. Fruit is my candy and it makes me very happy,lol! I'm happy to finally find something easy to stick to that I can do forever.
