체중은 모름 2주간안재기 실천중ㅠ
오늘 참지못하고 2달만에 라면을 후루룩...
밤에...하...ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ싫다
앞으로ㅠ먹으면 운동 한시간 추가
아니 낼부터 한시간 더하기
65 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
