Well yesterday’s eating day showed up on the scale today. I was doing some deep cleaning . Sure I got over tired and low on healthy snack foods. Looking forward to a healthy day today.
101.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 43.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
