This last week has been kind of hard, and there have been a lot of temptations.
As much as I love my new coworkers, they can make things difficult with bringing in treats and wanting to go to lunch. I didn't go crazy on anything, but definitely ate some things I normally wouldn't have. I guess I need to be more comfortable being 10 ft away from a twice baked chocolate croissant LOL! Also I need to "budget" for the once a week off site lunches, because I don't really want to turn down the opportunity to socialize and do some team bonding.
92.1 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Often times when I need to eat out my go-to part of the menu to review is the appetizer section, salads with dressing on the side. It is hard. I think we have all been there. Eating out consistently is a detriment to both our weight and health. Fat, sodium and not just carbs (for those of us who are not Keto) but CARB GALORE..
