Bukan nasinya yg salah. Tapi kita yg salah karena makan nasinya kebanyakan. Batasi nasi itu lebih bijak drpd stop nasi. Aku tetap makan nasi kalau siang 7sdm, malam 3sdm, BB mah turun aja kok. 16kg dlm 1 tahun nih.
