It was that TOM for me and I did not follow the diet as well as I should have. I am back on it and redoing the 2nd week of phase 1 since last week did not go so well. I am going to the beach for a few days in May and I was hoping to be at 190. I have 4 weeks to get there and I plan on starting my workout plan again so lets hope I can make it.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
