Really been steppin it up, I had been slackin on working out. But have gotten back into it now. I have also realized that I want to reset my goal. Now that I know it is obtainable, I would like to be 160.
102.1 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
