My last weigh in was really 3 days ago. I've lost almost a pound, and I feel less bloated, so I might have been retaining water. I'm looking into intermediate fasting and incorporating more coconut oil into my diet. I don't know if I can do the 16 hour fast, because I'm away from home longer during the work week because of a 1 hour drive and picking up kids from ballet late. I'm trying to watch my budget so that limits eating out and it's hard to pack 1 full meal much less 3 full meals a day to take in on a work day. I know I can fast 12 hours much easier than 16, so I may start out with that and find out which days I can do a 16 hour fast like the weekend. I'm going through another phase of whittling down the added sugar intake, and I think my homemade kombucha is next on the chopping block.
