어제계란3개 먹고 찐감자와 옥수수2개,찐고구마로만 먹음.물1.5리터마시고...변비임에도 오늘 무게내려감...휴가여파로 몸살기있어 운동은 아직 못가고있는데...오늘까지 클린으로 식단가야겠다
