Question to those on keto...

I've heard occasional reference to the keto flu, and I have no idea what it is.

More to the point, I've been eating 50% protein, 30% fat, 20% carb for over a week.

Today was a very heavy carb day, and I feel like ass right now. I have a sore throat, lymphnodes are a bit swollen, and my stomach is upset.

Could this be a reaction to flipping my macros?
