im still figuring this out myself. had a lot of help and I'm starting a serious high protein moderate carb low fat exercise routine on monday. basically dont lie on your calorie counter. it only helps if you put everything in (drinks included)

Thanks. Yeah I do put everything. Have managed to loose 900g in three days lol. Thinking of going on the Keri diet seems good for over 40. Out of interested and new to this app is that what you lost in a month or week

Over 1 month. Im going to start weighing every week but im increasing calories so i can start exercising again. So my weight loss might slow down.
