So it’s been almost a month since I posted a last journal, which was just me bitching lol
I switched my protein resource from protein bars to protein shake (of course I eat a lot of lean meats!) and found protein shake working much better for me, though my protein shake contains less protein than protein bars according to nutrition facts.
