As I’ve previously posted on here, I am trying to follow a Keto lifestyle. During July I had a bad patch dropped the routine and discipline and tried to correct it by August, only now am I seeing the benefits again with accelerated weight loss. So every time we “cheat” and lose our way, it sets us so much further back from our goal. Alas, we are only human and prone to our vices.

So true! Could you share your Keto grocery list with us? I just posted on my wall about how I’m struggling to buy for the Keto life as I’m lactose intolerant. Is diary a key component in your meals? Or can you vary them to make them diary free?
Ps: my breakfast is generally bacon and eggs (and Avo if available) but there are days when I want something cold and light, and those are the days I find myself defaulting to oats or cornflakes - which then throws me out of Ketosis. I heard that Soya milk is high in carbs (not sure how true this is) so I also try and stay away from it

I focus on my intermittent fasting along with Keto.
I utilize the resources on Reddit under r/Keto and r/ketorecipes extensively.
My foods have included the following:

Broccoli & Broccoli leaves
Spinach leaves

Brinjals

Turnips
Baby marrows
Lettuce

Double cream plain yoghurt

With my intermittent fasting, I only eat from 12.00 midday and then at the last for the day between 15.30 and 16.00. I endeavour to stick within my macros.

for cold keto breakfast
hemp seeds soaked in almond milk overnight or an hour before eating, then top up with Pecans or macadamia nuts, pumkin seeds, almond butter and blueberries
