Could loose more per week - doing a not so good job of drinking my gallon a day of water; Need to drop daily caloric intake from 2000 (which is what I need to loose 2 pounds per week) down to 1500 calories per day - that would set me up for three pounds per week - that should even things out a bit, eh?
