Setback Day!
3 reasons I think:
1. Ate very late - finished dinner at 11:30PM - and this was reflected in this morning's weighting. (I weigh every morning at 06:30 am, that I wake up). 2. Had Indian. Fantastic tastes and flavours but too much salt and spices. These detain the water in our body for many hours. Again, this is reflected in the morning. 3. I didn't really need to eat that naan and that fruit punch that was offered in the beginning.
Well, days like that are part of the struggle... It's OK!
