Not sure how it’s possible to eat 1200 calories a day and gain weight over two weeks, but I’m now 16 pounds from my goal weight, and my target date was my birthday, September 29th. Not sure if that’s realistic at this point.
I’ve been on plan since October and this is the second plateau. I guess that’s not bad. It just sucks that it’s messing with my b-day target.
I’m hoping it breaks soon so I can get back on track!
