아침 운동 후 간신히 70키로 유지 ㅎㅎㅎ
이번주도 화이팅 가즈아~!! ٩(ˊᗜˋ)و
70 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
